Thailand, and Chiang Mai in particular, offer a welcome and tolerant atmosphere for the gay and LGBTQ+ community. There are various bars, nightclubs and massage salons catering for the needs of gay customers.
While there are several massage shops and spas with only male masseurs, not all of them focus exclusively on on male customers and not all of them are transparent about the extra services you can get. Some shops with only male masseurs avoid to give the answer if some kind of happy ending is possible, others are very blunt (almost rude) about it. So the range goes from al little covert to very explicit to allow their masseurs to offer full servce (sex).

That said, even in regular Thai massage shops, when there is a male masseur employed, it's still possible he will offer happy ending by hand, in the same way as female masseuses in regular shops would do that.
