Sadhoe, she sent a package from you to the Netherlands on 27-03-24 mercuriushof 4, unfortunately she was too late to pick up this package and it was sent back to you around 12-06-2024. it concerns package number: CS003532856TH. This is the message: "Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience and we would like to inform you that the item no.EE199679270TH could not be forwarded to destination because its content was prohibit item . So, it has to be held at Mae Ping Post office awaiting for the sender to receive it back." Since I own the wooden elephant, can I authorize it to be sent to me? Also - I don't know why the shipment is being held as it should have contained only a wooden elephant statue. Please advise. Dave
