Tudari is a franchise chain restaurant from Korea. There are two branches in Chiang Mai, the other one is in Airport Plaza. It's run by a Thai franchise-owner. Tudari in Korean language means 'two bridges'.
Easy for a Korean bite in Maya Shopping Mall.

FOOD REVIEW BY MICHAEL (2015)
Rating: ★★☆☆☆
Recommended dishes: hotpot
Less recommended dishes: bibimbap
Price indication: reasonable; average meal about THB 200-300 / person
Open: every day
Most of Tudari's taste derives from a combination of sauces rather than from very good ingredients. It's not bad, yet not excellent. If you want to go to the best Koreans in town, it's not here, but it offers convenient and acceptable quality of Korean food in a mall.
The hotpot with add ons is a good try and not too expensive, but you can see the vegetables and meat and stuff you can put inside aren't of the highest quality.
This is also the first time a restaurant dared to serve me Instant Noodles, which is the kind of stuff you keep at home to poor hot water on and eat when you're too lazy to go out. It tastes fine with the sauces but it shows my point that most ingredients aren't of high quality.
You also notice that when you order a standard dish like Bibimbap, not excellent either and there aren't enough sauces to hide that.
So, go here out of convenience when you have a date in Maya or if you fancy quite a different menu than the standard Bulgogi and so on you get in the real Koreans, but if you want the best Korean in town it's not here of course.
