It is one of the oldest temples built in the Wiang Kum Kam Kingdom. or the Lanna Kingdom of Phaya Mangrai, which the temple is beautiful There is a square chedi with Buddha images enshrined around it. which is very beautiful and there is a Lanna-style chapel made entirely of wood. There is a golden Buddha image enshrined inside.
