Rimping Condo is a unique condominium building right along the river Maeping and overlooking both the river and the city.
The condo has this unique square outlook with giant balconies on each of the units.

This building is not cheap, and most units are fairly large sized between 80 - 140 sq m.
The condo has more than 20 floors, no swimming pool and no gym.

Well managed and without major problems.

A downside of this building is that there is some background noise from across the river that travels up high very easily. But nothing serious to a level you can experience in an area near nightclubs.

You can walk across the bridge to Warorot market and the American Consulate in Chiang Mai.
