It's conveniently located off Canal Road not far from the 700-Years Stadium.

The condo is not so high, about 10+ stories high and fairly quiet.
There is a small pool and fitness.

Well managed without major problems.

Units are at several sizes. It's a new building, so not so many old interiors.

The common area fee of this condo is more than 20 baht per sq. m.
