Chomdoi condo is a very large condo along Canal road, just off the Phucome intersection. It's easy to get to Nimmanhaemin using the sois, but of course you get stuck taking the main roads at the Phucome intersection.

Chomdoi condo features a peculiar design with an internal court space created by the triangular structure of the building.

The condo is very high, about 26 floors or so, with some nice views overlooking the city or adjacent green. There is always some background noise in this area as it's full of new construction projects and people.

There is a pool, no gym.

Well managed with a reasonable management fee.

There are several sizes of units, varying from 40+ sq m to quite large.
