City House Condo is an old condominium building, just off Loikroh road. The units are rather small, about 30 sq m. There are lots of local Thai here, some are the bar girls from Loikroh. The building was neglected for a long time but during the past years, management has improved: a security card system was installed, the waterpipes were repaired, and several units were renovated. The elevator still doesn't work, but the building is not so high, only about 5-6 floors.

This is a good building if you want to stay really close to the nightlife of Loikroh, cheap and near.
