We are Canadian citizens, due to the color of my skin and married to a Thai. We were accused of stealing a coffee cup. From our complaint on the hotel room problems they didn't reduce the price and a racist manager charged my card 150Bhat for a cup. My family and I are demanding an apology from the B2 hotel in Chiang mai. Even going as far as saying my children blocked the toilet. When they have always know that problem. I would kindly request a refund. Otherwise we shall go to the International press and social media and take legal action on bad staff. Legal action may also take place.
